What to Expect
Before Your Visit
Please fill out an inquiry form and one of our team members will contact you to schedule a free, no-obligation virtual visit with one of our physicians.
You will receive our medical intake form which reviews your family history and other risk factors. This will be reviewed with our physicians to ensure that you obtain the most appropriate screening tests. The Longevity Evaluation is our most comprehensive evaluation and includes:
- Our Whole-Body MRI: Synergy DeepScan
- Cancer Detection Testing
- Echocardiogram
- Electrocardiogram
- Coronary Calcium Score
- Nutritional Evaluation
- Stool Testing
Further testing is available at an additional cost and can be discussed with your physician based on your health and risk factors
You will then be contacted by one of our team members to schedule your in-person appointment at Synergy Longevity Centers. You will also schedule your blood draw during that call. The blood draw should be performed approximately 2 weeks before your in-person appointment, so the results will be available to discuss during your in-person appointment. We will have a mobile phlebotomist come to your work or home to obtain the blood samples, or if you prefer, the blood draw can also be performed at a Any Lab Test Now testing center. They have offices in Royal Oak, Livonia and Rochester Hills, Michigan.

During Your Visit
On the day of your in-person visit to our office in Novi, MI, you will have a one-on-one review of your intake information and health questionnaire with your physician to ensure all of your questions are answered and all of your needs are met.
Your Synergy physician will perform a physical exam and then the cardiac testing and whole-body MRI will be performed. The whole body MRI will take approximately 90 minutes and oral medications will be available to help you relax if needed.
After all of the testing has been completed, your physician will review all of your available results with you that day.They will answer any of your questions during this time and discuss any findings that require further evaluation. The team at Synergy Longevity Centers will ensure that appropriate follow up evaluations are scheduled.
At the end of your visit, you will be provided with a binder that includes results for all of your testing including your whole-body MRI, all cardiac test results and all laboratory testing.
After Your Visit
Our team is always accessible for any questions or concerns you may have. We also have an online portal to answer additional questions that may arise after your visit.

During Your Visit
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to our Novi, MI office.
Staff from RMI will guide you through your process
If needed, oral medication is available to help ease your MRI experience
You will be in the MRI machine for approximately 60-90 minutes
After Your Visit
Your MRI will be read by a board-certified radiologist within 24 hours.
A team member will reach out to you to set up an appointment to discuss your results and any follow up, if indicated.
You will be provided with a binder with your results. These results will also be accessible via your online portal.

The Heart Health assessment includes an echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, coronary calcium score, and Boston Heart Blood tests. Your physician may elect to do a coronary CTA (computerized tomographic angiogram) if there is a high risk for cardiovascular disease.The coronary CTA is a cat scan of the heart arteries that involves injecting a small amount of dye in an IV to check for narrowed arteries.

After your testing has been processed, a member of our team will reach out to set up an appointment to review all of your results. We will also have a personalized plan for you to optimize your macro- and micro-nutrients.
